**The Role**

**Remote Work Details**
We're open to candidates in the Greater Knoxville, TN area. As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home while being part of a dynamic team. Our comprehensive paid training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
* Comprehensive paid training provided (8 hours/day for two weeks)

**Compensation & Benefits**

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least one year of customer service experience and a stable work history
* Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
* Capable of managing a high volume of inbound calls with precision in a fast-paced environment
* Must provide proof of internet speed (minimum 60 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
**Desirable Qualifications**
While not required, we welcome candidates with:
* College education
* More than one year of call center experience
