Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed individual to join our team as a remote data entry professional in Colombia. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that enhance our product selection, pricing, and customer experience. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues, and you will be responsible for growing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends. Monitor competitor efforts and identify opportunities to grow our product selection and customer base.
  • Seller Acquisition and Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues. Build strong relationships with sellers and internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze complex data to inform business decisions and drive growth. Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics.

Primary Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Consultative Sales Skills: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Advanced conversation and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
  • Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning.

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • E-commerce Experience: 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Consumer Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus.
  • Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
