- Build Relationships with Clients: Professionally connect with customers, building relationships and providing solutions to their concerns, with topics ranging from returns and substitutions to delivery, product availability, and order status.
- Listen Effectively and Show Empathy: Actively listen to understand customer concerns and utilize internal resources to find the best solution to fully address their issue.
- De-Escalate Client Concerns: Utilize conflict resolution skills to balance client needs with business options while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Issue Resolution: Provide personalized solutions to client issues, thinking critically to resolve problems in a first-contact resolution approach.
- Be Tech-Savvy and Multitask: Navigate multiple programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly answer questions, with proficiency in using computers and adapting to new technology.
- Escalate Critical Issues: Identify areas for improvement in the interest of Wayfair clients and share patterns with management.
