Job Overview
As a Technical Support Associate I, you will be responsible for responding to basic and routine technical inquiries, including hardware, software, and other designated client products. Your primary focus will be on assisting external users of our client's technical products or services by answering questions, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with QuickBooks, researching and providing resolution to questions and problems
- Troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware, software, and networking
- Solve problems that may be unstructured and require conceptual thinking skills
- Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport
- Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance
