You'll provide top-tier support when it's needed most, and we'll provide you with the training, tools, and problem-solving skills to help our clients find solutions that work best for them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via inbound calls, chats, and messages, addressing a wide range of topics, including returns, substitutions, delivery, product availability, and order status.
  • Exhibit reliability and commitment to being available and on time for your full shift every day, ensuring we're prepared and available to assist our clients when they need us most.
  • Handle a high volume of contacts, typically 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment with minimal downtime.
  • Meet our superior execution bar by striving to exceed customer satisfaction, succeeding in meeting customer support efficiency metrics, and fulfilling other assigned responsibilities.
  • Expertly connect with clients, building relationships and providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Listen effectively and show empathy, actively listening to understand client concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the best solution to fully address their issue.
  • De-escalate client concerns, utilizing your refereeing skills to balance client needs with business options while maintaining control.
  • Issue resolution: provide solutions that are tailored to each client's unique situation, thinking systematically to resolve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach.
  • Be educated and perform various tasks, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and effectively answer questions.
  • Raise foundational issues, identifying areas for improvement and sharing patterns with management to continuously improve our services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent accepted.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages.
  • Experience working in a customer support environment, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of contacts.
