Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics and edit photos, working closely with the internal design team when necessary.
• Lead the social asset creation process from concept to delivery, driving fast-paced and engaging content for client social platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social trends, tools, and techniques, and proactively bring new ideas and solutions to the table.
• Train and share knowledge with internal teams to empower them to manage their own areas with ad-hoc support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the rest of the team, elevating the culture of the agency and promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Work with contractors, suppliers, and freelancers as authorized to support the role.
• Remain current with client brand visual identities, best practices, and ways of working.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Solid experience and understanding of social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Proven experience in producing social content and staying up-to-date with social best practices.
• Experience developing and managing the production output of social media campaigns across multiple channels.
