Client Partner, Emerging Accounts - US Remote - CST/EST
About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop and map out client organizations, building relationships with multiple contacts focusing on decision-makers.
• Build relationships with agencies that represent the client.
• Collaborate with the customer success team and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with existing customers.
• Identify and capitalize on all aspects of client's marketing spend.
• Create and present tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Identify additional up-sell and partnership opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to facilitate open communication and support between clients and Yelp's Product and Marketing teams.
• Gather and share customer feedback internally to improve Yelp's ad products and customer experiences.
• Track and accurately forecast revenue to the executive team.
Requirements
• 4+ years of strategic sales experience with Midmarket, Enterprise or National clients.
• Experience with performance-based digital advertising products/cost per click advertising (preferred).
• Proven track record of significantly growing a $3M+ book of business and exceeding goals in an Enterprise organization.
• Ability to take a hands-on, creative approach to capitalize on Yelp's opportunities with existing accounts.
• Strong strategic selling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and develop key insights and sales messages through numbers.
• Ability to achieve high activity metrics on a monthly basis.
• Strong presentation and listening skills.
Nice-to-haves
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excited and able to travel up to 20% of the time.
