Live Chat
We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Live Chat Support Representative to join our customer support team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients through our online chat system. Your job is to provide quick, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries, helping clients feel supported and informed.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to client questions via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about services, policies, and processes
• Collect client details and schedule appointments when needed
• Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Keep records of interactions in our CRM system
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities (managing multiple chats at once)
• Prior experience in customer service or live chat preferred
• Comfortable using chat platforms or CRM tools (training provided)
• Reliable internet and ability to work independently
