About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and sell our AI-powered Electronic Health Records (EHR) and healthcare solutions. This role combines direct sales responsibilities with marketing execution, making it an exciting opportunity for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and closing deals with healthcare providers including hospitals, clinics, and physician groups.
ResponsibilitiesSales
· Identify, prospect, and qualify healthcare providers for EHR solutions.
· Deliver product presentations and live demos highlighting AI-powered features and compliance benefits.
· Manage the full sales pipeline: outreach, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
· Develop customized solutions aligned with provider needs, workflows, and compliance standards (HIPAA, CMS, PI).
· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing
· Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that target healthcare organizations.
· Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
· Assist in creating and distributing sales collateral, case studies, and success stories.
· Leverage social media, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems to generate and nurture leads.
· Provide market feedback to guide product positioning and messaging.
Qualifications
· Proven track record in sales and/or marketing, preferably within healthcare IT, SaaS, or related industries.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Familiarity with healthcare operations, regulations, and compliance standards (HIPAA, CMS).
· Working knowledge of EHR platforms and digital healthcare trends.
· Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
· Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Pay: $62,762.45 - $75,584.89 per year
