What You'll Do: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Here are some of the key responsibilities:

- Participate in ongoing training and self-development, staying up-to-date on product information, procedures, and online resource tools.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, adhering to all company time and attendance policies and ensuring that you're available to work during scheduled hours.

Your Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We Look For
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service experiences.
- A High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- The ability to effectively communicate with customers, asking discovery questions and providing personalized solutions that meet their needs.
- A strong heart and mind for servicing others, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Comfortability with Outlook, asynchronous tools, and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools with ease.
- The ability to articulate in a professional and efficient manner, breaking down complex subject matter into relatable knowledge for our customers.
- Flexibility with hours of operation, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
