Job Overview

We're currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Janesville, WI. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers, responding to their needs, and providing exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. This is a full-time, inbound phone service position that offers a unique blend of onsite and remote work, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with customers and Sales team members to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Utilize computer systems and software applications to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and process orders
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Apply knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Ability to commute to our facility in Janesville, WI, and work onsite as required
  • A secure and dedicated workspace at home with stable internet connectivity (minimum upload speed of 5 megabits per second, download speed of 15 megabits per second, and ping less than 80 milliseconds)
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hybrid or remote work environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations
