Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for Classes: Review approved lesson plans, prepare equipment, and ensure a safe and engaging environment for children.
• Lead Sports and Fitness Classes: Instruct children in the use of our approved curriculum and equipment, promoting physical activity, coordination, and teamwork.
• Communicate with Schools and Parents: Positively communicate with school directors, teachers, and parents regarding class schedules, attendance, and children's progress.
• Manage Class Logistics: Monitor attendance, collect payments (as needed), and maintain accurate records.
• Represent Our Brand: Wear approved uniforms, present a professional image, and embody our company values.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to parent inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Background checks and/or FBI fingerprinting (as required by state)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours during weekday mornings and/or afternoons
  • Energetic and outgoing personality, with a passion for working with young children
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with young children (ages 3-5)
  • Athletic background, either participating or coaching
  • First aid and CPR certification

Skills and Competencies:

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, school staff, and colleagues.
