Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing technical support, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer care on every interaction, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Investigate and Resolve Customer Issues: Perform introductory investigations with customers, conduct remote examinations, and implement solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for Tesla's charging products, including mobile applications and account management.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our internal teams, including Confirmed Installers and Account Chiefs, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Meet Performance Expectations: Achieve expectations on all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual targets.
  • Maintain Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Tesla's products and services, including electrical concepts, telemetry data, and setup investigation and change.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 60 Days of Call Handling Experience: Previous experience handling calls for Energy Specialized Help or equivalent experience.
  • Electrical Concepts: Understanding of electrical concepts, including wiring, voltage, frequency moving, LRA versus RLA, DCAC - DCDC - ACDC changes.
  • Telemetry Data: Familiarity with telemetry data, including Periscope diagramming and fundamental data mining.
  • Setup Investigation and Change: Knowledge of setup investigation and change, including telescope.
  • Account Organization: Understanding of account organization, including carport, tool kit, secret word help, dispatching, item substitution, and record updates and rectifications.
  • Decisive Reasoning: Strong decisive reasoning skills, including order of operations, signal (energy) stream, firm versus delicate versus equipment, and pattern spotting.
