Job Overview: Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the local dealer sales and operations channel within an assigned market. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that customers receive an optimal customer experience and thorough information about their Cricket Wireless purchase. You will achieve this by visiting Authorized Retailer stores, performing objective observations of their operations, and providing training on Cricket's systems, products, services, promotions, and compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit Authorized Retailer stores to ensure customers receive an optimal customer experience and thorough information about their Cricket Wireless purchase
- Perform objective observations of Authorized Retailer operations to gauge the consistency and effectiveness of offers and/or promotions initiated by the company
- Serve as a liaison between Authorized Retailer Principals and the company to identify and resolve issues
- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and ensure timely and appropriate resolution
- Plan and participate in grassroots events to build and strengthen relationships with Authorized Retailer Principals and customers
- Monitor Authorized Retailer compliance with the terms and conditions of the Exclusive Dealer Agreement, Policies & Operations Manual, Whitebox Guideline, and Retail Location Plan-o-Gram
- Deliver training on Cricket's systems, products, services, promotions, and compliance issues to Authorized Retailers
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales, suitability of products based on customer needs, and researching and developing customer solutions with AT&T/Cricket Wireless external partners
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Industry knowledge of the telecommunications industry and Cricket Wireless products and services
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer interaction
- Experience in indirect channel management, customer-facing sales, and sales management
- Excellent negotiating skills to achieve sales goals, analyze sales trends, and manage operations
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in indirect channel management, customer-facing sales, and sales management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with Authorized Retailer Principals and customers
Preferred Qualifications:
In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- 2 years of sales management experience
- Experience in managing and analyzing sales trends and operations
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to provide subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales
- Experience in researching and developing customer solutions with external partners
