- Meeting Performance Indicators: Adhere to client-defined performance metrics and parameters to ensure high-quality content moderation.
- Resolving Complex Content Issues: Investigate and resolve complex content issues within agreed-upon turnaround times, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Maintaining Confidentiality: Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely, upholding the highest standards of data protection.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- On-Site Presence: Ability to work on-site in El Paso, Texas, as this is not a remote position.
- Internet Navigation Skills: Experience navigating various internet websites, including social media and commercial websites.
- Emotional Intelligence and Resilience: Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to manage stress when reviewing potentially disturbing or sensitive content.
