Job Summary
As the CDP Product Leader, you will play a critical role in delivering technical expertise to our team, assisting in the development, configuration, and maintenance of Delta's Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP) using Adobe Experience Platform. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, advising on the optimal use of the platform, and providing technical guidance to our internal agencies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences, are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business requirements.
- Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal agencies regarding segment-building and RT-CDP platform.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions.
- Collaborating with IT and other agencies to align on technical requirements and implementations.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform.
- Leading training sessions to up-skill internal agencies on the effective use of the platform.
- Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to coordinate product improvements and workarounds.
Minimum Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of experience related to technical data manipulation and marketing solution experience.
- Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills.
