Job Summary
As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll work in our Customer Care Center, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and other channels. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, issues, and service requests in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from a quiet, confidential space in your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to PNC customers via phone, email, and other channels.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external service partners to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with PNC's core values.
- Demonstrate commitment to quality through customer and service partner interactions.
- Refer complex or reoccurring issues to senior representatives or specialized teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree necessary.
- Less than 1 year of related experience; comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Knowledge of financial services or banking products.
- Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or financial services.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Base salary: $39,940 - $50,600 per year, depending on experience and location.
