Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail.
- Claims Follow-up: Proactively follow up on missing information to facilitate the processing of claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Invoice Review: Carefully review invoices to ensure accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Reporting: Compile and generate reports from our claims management systems, providing valuable insights and information to support our claims coordination team.
- Administrative Support: Provide a wide range of administrative and staff support services, including general administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
