Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and resolving complex issues in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving high-level consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on complex matters
- Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns
- Providing support to policy holders with policy changes and adjustments
- Offering recommendations and adjusting policies as necessary to meet customer needs

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Be at least 18 years old
- A typing speed of 25 wpm
- A High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- 6 months of Call Center experience
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
As a remote employee, you'll need to ensure that your home workspace meets the following requirements:
- A stable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
- No packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
- A clean and quiet workspace to ensure productivity and minimal distractions
