Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative - Data Entry / Entry Level to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer and account data from source documents, performing data entry and management using Excel and other software, and providing support to our sales and marketing teams as needed. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our data management processes.
- Perform data entry and management using Excel and other software, utilizing computer fundamentals and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) effectively.
- Transfer information from paper formats into digital files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct high-volume data entry utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Organize, collate, and capture data into digital databases, utilizing your exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Compile and verify the accuracy of information, preparing source data for entry, and ensuring data integrity.
- Gather and enter data from various websites and sources into designated templates, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide support to the Sales and Marketing teams as needed, utilizing your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
Job Requirements
