Our team of telephonic first responders serves a diverse range of clients, including Community Mental Health Centers, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics, Managed Behavioral Healthcare Organizations, college and university counseling centers, and Employee Assistance Programs. **Overview of the Role** As a REMOTE 988 Crisis Chat and Text Counselor, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will maintain HIPAA compliance and focus, requiring a private office space.
