Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a Program Specialist, Digital Portfolio Office, you'll play a critical role in creating and maintaining progress tracking reports and analytics for our portfolio of complex technical initiatives and projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across Commercial, CX, and Ops to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in reporting and analytics will help us craft leadership storylines based on metrics, showing if our initiatives are being executed effectively and aligned with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Dashboards/Reporting Suite: Create and maintain a clear view of the company's progress on initiatives and projects, including backend coding and frontend visualization.
  • Ad Hoc Analytical Support: Provide analytical support to DL tech-facing leaders and their teams across Commercial, CX, and Ops.
  • Data Stability and Continuity: Drive stability and continuity of data needs across the Enterprise for tech initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with IT Portfolio Development Office and multiple user teams to transform manual tasks into repeatable, scalable processes.
  • Executive Storylines and Decks: Support the creation of executive storylines and decks.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in Reporting & Analytics: 3+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, including database management, API creation and connection, PowerBI development, Tableau development, SAS, SQL knowledge.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills; ability to independently identify and manage risks and issues.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams autonomously.
  • Safety and Security: Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Education and Age: Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency; is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, experience with a PMO (Project Management Office) and financial literacy is a bonus.
