• Organize and arrange goods with a strategic approach for dispatch, and receive incoming shipments from trucks or back-hauls and unload them
• Carry out cleaning duties to achieve optimal warehouse functioning and productivity
• Conduct warehouse inventory counts in adherence to guidelines
• Prioritize cooperation and interaction with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, utilizing ongoing communication and information exchange to achieve success
• Offer constructive criticism and advice for optimizing warehouse operations
• Inspect articles, discuss product value, possible hazards, and cleanliness issues with warehouse managers
• Exercise independent judgment and action within the authorized domain of accountability
• Aid in the attainment of predetermined warehouse management targets
• Complete assigned responsibilities with exactitude, proficiency, and in compliance with company policies and procedures

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in environments with divergent temperatures, either extreme heat or freezing cold
