The Role

  • We are looking for a highly motivated Account Supervisor to join our growing team in Mexico City. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in integrated communications and client management who is eager to lead dynamic teams and support strategic storytelling across earned, owned, and paid media.
  • As an Account Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships, managing day-to-day activities, and overseeing campaign development and execution. You will mentor junior team members, contribute to new business initiatives, and ensure that all work meets Edelman’s standards of excellence.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of communications programs for key accounts across multiple channels.
  • Serve as the daily point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Manage internal teams and workflows to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.
  • Oversee media relations strategy and execution, including proactive outreach and message development.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, digital, and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs; provide regular performance reports to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
  • Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related agency roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder client relationships.
  • Strong media relations skills and understanding of the Mexican media and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire junior team members.
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (English is essential for international client communication).
