Live Chat Representative
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Live Chat Representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you’ll be chatting online with customers to help answer their questions, solve problems, and provide information about our products or services. Your goal is to make every customer feel heard, helped, and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming messages through live chat in a timely and professional manner
Help customers with product or service questions, order updates, returns, and technical issues
Provide clear and friendly communication at all times
Keep accurate records of conversations using our system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
Follow company guidelines and policies while assisting customers
Stay up to date on products, services, promotions, and updates
Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to type quickly and accurately
Friendly and patient personality
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not required
Must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace
