Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Executive Consultant to join our Middle Market Solutions team, where you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and client advocacy. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with senior leaders to understand their strategic business needs and challenges, and develop tailored solutions that drive business impact and client loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Utilize the Account Management Plan to define a relationship strategy that ensures all key decision makers and client "buyer" relationships are leveraged to drive individual wins and business results for the client company. Build relationship improvement plans and actions as needed to ultimately drive client loyalty and renewal.
  • Strategic Business Needs Assessment: Engage at least quarterly with client executives to assess strategic business needs and challenges and translate business strategy into human capital opportunities that have business impact to the client.
  • Client Analysis and Strategy Development: Guide the client through a thorough analysis by knowing the client's industry, current and future business trends and practices to accurately diagnose business strengths and weaknesses. Leverage internal partners to identify, collect, and organize data for analysis and decision-making.
  • Solution Positioning and Sales: Position services and sell solutions by consulting with client executives, gaining commitment, and coordinating implementation timelines. Partner with the service team and internal departments to facilitate delivery of standard and customized services in a way that is appropriately sequenced to match client readiness and capacity.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Leverage internal resources to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals with a focus on impact. Ensure deadlines are met, and keep stakeholders informed of project status. Maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment.
  • Performance and Accountability: Set high standards of performance for self and others; assume responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks in a timely manner; self-impose standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled Executive Consultant with a strong track record of managing relationships with senior leaders, applying financial, industry, and market trends to client situations, and demonstrating multi-account/matrix environment management experience. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. A Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Seven to ten years of experience in a related field, with a proven ability to manage relationships with senior leaders and apply financial, industry, and market trends to client situations.
  • Demonstrated multi-account/matrix environment management experience, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
