About the Role: Entry Level Account Manager

As an Entry Level Account Manager at Workwarp, you'll be the face of our brand, creating a welcoming and positive environment for every customer we interact with. Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their mobile service and product needs, and helping them discover new devices, plans, and overall services that enhance their experience. You'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to achieve goals and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Brand Awareness and Loyalty: Engage with customers directly and professionally, promoting our brand and services.
  • Guide Customers Through the Sales Process: Provide product knowledge, ensure satisfaction with purchases, and address customer concerns.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create effective plans to highlight product benefits and drive sales.
  • Demonstrate Products and Services: Showcase products, answer customer questions, and address individual needs.
  • Highlight Competitive Advantages: Emphasize promotions, pricing, and value-added services to build customer loyalty.
  • Customize Solutions: Tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs while maintaining professionalism and rapport.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Positive Attitude and Adaptability: A positive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Account Management, Customer Service, or Sales Experience: Prior experience in account management, customer service, or sales is a plus.
