Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner. Experience in communicating with diverse audiences, including members, providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Empathy and Patience: Display empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to helping our members navigate the healthcare system with ease. Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, providing solutions that meet member needs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Experience in analyzing problems, identifying solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with using computer systems and software, as well as a stable internet connection for remote work. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other software applications.
  • Part-Time Availability: Flexible to work part-time hours, providing support during peak times, including evenings and weekends. Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
