- Consistently seek guidance from management, escalate questions, and refer more difficult issues to Senior Client Achievement Delegates.
- Demonstrate empathy while assisting clients, resolving their issues, and providing personalized support.
- Navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information, investigate client needs, and propose solutions, all while communicating effectively and accurately.
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls.
Training and Schedule
Wells Fargo is committed to providing comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. You will receive:
- In-depth classroom training, advanced on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, policies, and services.
- A 7-week paid training program starting on 9/18/2023, with training hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- A flexible schedule that may include working at least one weekend day and some evenings, with potential eligibility for a 15% shift differential under the terms of the shift differential policy.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 2+ years of experience in assessing and addressing client needs or resolving client issues, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Ability to provide solid client support while listening, eliciting information efficiently, understanding, and resolving complex client issues.
- Capacity to communicate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management.
- Essential Microsoft Office skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools.
- Experience delivering results in a high-speed, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
