• Support complex process improvement and project management engagement for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional initiatives
• Present findings to leaders and specialty unit leaders, including senior executives
• Act as an internal expert to stakeholders and provide insights to drive results
• Consistently prioritize safety and security, of self and others, as the top priority

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
• Strong business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders
• Be a strong team player, be detail-oriented, and perform well under pressure
• Ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment
• Experience with MS Office is required
• Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data

• Have a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
