Job Description: Delivering Outstanding Customer Service as a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative - Remote

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll be the face of our company, and your goal will be to ensure our customers receive the highest level of support and have a positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
