Job Summary

As a Data Entry professional on our Revenue Technology and Data Analytics team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and driving growth through data analysis and insights. You will work closely with our IT team to develop and implement technology solutions that enable us to better serve our customers and improve our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing computer software development, business analysis, data analysis, or technical support for IT projects in Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis St. Paul, MN.
  • Support a variety of IT projects in a Business Analyst, Developer, Systems Specialist, or Data Analyst/BI-type role.
  • Participate in gathering requirements for development, design, and testing of decision support systems or contribute to the development, maintenance, upgrade, and support of our software applications or infrastructure environments.
  • Utilize data analysis to create performance dashboards and service level agreements with various products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT projects and systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, cloud computing, and computer hardware components.
  • Ability to work in a business casual environment and be comfortable with a hybrid work schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
