About the Role: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice)

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Executive to join our non-voice process team. As a Customer Support Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries through email and chat platforms, with a strong understanding of customer support best practices and protocols.
