Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Email Campaigns: Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and launch end-to-end email campaigns for critical customer segments, leveraging advanced in-house measurement capabilities to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze and Optimize Campaign Performance: Own end-to-end channel execution and root cause diagnostics through analytics, developing strategic, data-driven solutions to complex business problems.
  • Refine Triggered Email Communications: Work closely with cross-functional teams to build, iterate, and simplify triggered marketing email communications, driving continuous improvement.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations to identify performance issues and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal impact on business operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: A four-year degree in a technical field, economics, business, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or strategy, with a proven track record of data analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, advanced Google Sheets/Excel usage, and a passion for uncovering insights in data; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas and influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Autonomy and Collaboration: Ability to work independently, own complex problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing Experience: Prior experience in marketing or a related field, with a deep understanding of customer segmentation, campaign optimization, and ROI analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, data visualization software, or other relevant technologies.
