We're seeking an experienced and versatile digital marketing professional to oversee and manage multiple projects, with a focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and customer support. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating tasks, communicating with clients, and providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for:- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and customer support
- Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
- Coordinating tasks and providing support to internal teams
- Proofreading and quality controlling SEO blogs written by our team based in India
- Managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, with a Google Certification preferred
- Providing exceptional customer support and responding to client queries via Basecamp
- Assisting the CEO with administrative tasks and other projects as needed
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- To be based in the Philippines
- To have excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- To have experience with Facebook Ads, with a focus on setup and strategy
- To have experience with Google Ads, with a focus on setup and optimization
- To have proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
- To have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
- To have a fast computer and high-speed internet, with reliable power
- To have experience with graphic design, using Canva or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, it's a plus if you have experience with:- Video editing
- Copywriting
- Website creation
- Social media management
- Online lead generation and follow-up
- Product research
Percentage Breakdown of Tasks
As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Manager, you can expect to spend:- 45% of your time on Facebook Ads setup and strategy
- 10% of your time on Google Ads setup and optimization
- 10% of your time responding to customer queries via Basecamp
- 10% of your time on graphic design
- 10% of your time on general admin tasks
- 5% of your time on report preparation
- 5% of your time on SEO blog proofreading and editing
- 5% of your time on lead generation and follow-up
