Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Support Intern, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing administrative support to the Operations team, including scheduling, vendor follow-up, and project management
  • Assisting with report writing, data analysis, and deadline management
  • Developing and maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Communicating effectively with team members, vendors, and clients via phone, email, and video conferencing
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new ideas and processes

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:
  • Be currently enrolled in a relevant college or university program or have recently graduated (focus on languages preferred)
  • Have a strong, private internet connection
  • Be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during our East Coast operational hours (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm)
  • Be located in the US (for tax purposes), international candidates will NOT be considered

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficiency with remote platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.

  • Self-motivated and driven

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:
  • Experience in operations management or a related field
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Fluency in multiple languages
