Web Chat Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers through live chat on our website to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless online experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via web chat.
• Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the support system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify and report trends in customer inquiries or issues to improve service quality.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a web-based environment.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
Work Environment:
• Remote or on-site positions available depending on company location.
• May require evening or weekend availability based on shift scheduling.
